Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy
1. License
Livesets is an on-demand platform that helps DJ’s host and distribute their content online. It’s all about helping fans discover new music. Livesets provides this site as a service to DJ’s and their public: people enjoying music. Livesets aims to respect intellectual property law and ensure that DJ’s can exploit their sets with the greatest chance of success, at the same time. Livesets acquired licenses from performance rights organizations necessary according to Dutch Law, to be able to offer you the Service. Besides that, Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Platform by Contributing DJ’s. Also, Terms of Use govern the use of our website by the general public. We respect the copyrights and intellectual property rights of others and expect you to do the same.
