Growing up watching Fame - I wanted one thing: to be a dancer. Childhood dreams...right?
Well, as an adult I followed my passion of Movement set to Music and became a group fitness, triathlon coach and Zumba instructor. Eventually, a divorce, some good ol' fashion Christian judgement that led me OUT of the church, and a broken foot led me to Conscious & Ecstatic Dance (ecstaticdance.org).
That all led me to eventually learn how to dance behind the DJ table for Ecstatic Dance. Eventually that led be to start crafting a new version of Ecstatic Dance with Movement Medicine. Come learn more with us here: .
