Born and raised in Philadelphia- started dj'ing in 1997 with a couple of crates of tech-step, jump-up, ragga and hip hop...Have played clubs and raves from Philly down to Miami and have shared the decks with amazing groups and artists from D12 to ?uestlove, King Britt, Tommie Sunshine, Evol Intent and have made crowds move with a dark edge- as well as that one time I spotted Moby digging a mix I threw. I love the musicand vinyl specifically due to the fact that I was not only lucky enough to shop at the legendary 611 records in Philly, but also managed the store for a short time due to its closing its doors at the physical location for good. Behind the scenes I was lucky enough to work for Substitution- a Philly Drum and Bass staple- I had one of the coolest jobs I've ever had picking up the likes of Kenny Ken, Roni Size, Goldie, LTJ Bukem, MC Conrad, Makoto High Contrast, Moving Fusion and a plethora of other artists from the airport and breaking bread with them as their concierge in Philly. Needless to say I have been blessed to experience the culture as it matured and transformed and I hope that my love for the beats shines through. Enjoy...
