Disko-nekted
About
Socially Disko"Nek'Ted,
I was growing up in a time when you could buy a portable music player, called walkman.
The first one came from my cousine as a wasted one, the needed to the output jack be repaired :)), jeez, for an electrician no problem, for a kid was actually an adventure, and I fckin made it using an hot solder machine, the old ones real bulky ones...
The first synth sound's from the '8oes, taped down on cassettes, when the godfather of electronic music was definitely for me, the only one Jan Michelle Jarre, a real pioneer of electronic music, far away that time to completely understand it.
Moving forward to the '9os boom of new frequencies , a completely new era of electronic sounds from Prodigy, the kind of beginning of brakebeat era.
The '9oes and the new electronic eclectic techno House, Acid Detroit techno, than a small step further to the core of Jungle music, Dub, D'n'B, brake core... And so on.
Playing music at the beginning just for fun, when my good old friend Eyo, had his gigs, in a hold up style, my own preferred tunes, obviously with his acceptance, pretty much my first contact with music in a so called Club.
Afterwards some Local holdup, where I was playing music just for friends, Rolland Garros, pretty sick underground place next to an affluent of river.
Than I was beginning to be attracted more of the inside of a Dj equipment, and I've started to repair and instal sound systems fr a small sound Company.
But after all those years I can say that I am still in love with manipulating sound frequencies, mixing them in a way that I feel it, not Shure if anyone like it btw....
Thats why now I try to stay active but socially Disko nekted.
Different times, different sound machine's, and from all different artists, the Prohibition times always bring people together.
Respect for the good times when people where interested in music, and meeting other people like themselves, with same frequency, regardless of what are you doing.
Cheers and enjoy my mixes, post's .. if anyone curious about.
