Ecstatic Dance is a Journey through all Genres, Emotions, and Tempos, for the purpose of a Freeform Dance Experience. Ecstatic Dance is typically done in person, as a Tempo/Intensity Wave, without Verbal Guidance, no talking on the Dancefloor, no Shoes, or Photo/Video... Just you and the Music... Dancing on your own, or with another, or with the whole room...!
