About
Music has always played a big role in my life from a very young age. My mum & Dad always played music (mainly 60’s music) all the time and I loved watching the LP spin on the record player and was always mesmerized how that round vinyl could create such a nice sound.
I got my first record player when I was about 6 and my first vinyl album was Michael Jackson’s BAD. I then started listening to more different variety’s of music on the radio and I was addicted.
I was about 8 years old when I heard about Kiss Fm which back then was a pirate radio station operating on 94FM. It was all new to me as I had never heard music like this before but I soon fell in love with dance music.
The turning point in my life was when I was 17 and first met Sky Jones (AKA DJ Sky Santana). He also was into his music in a big way and was already a DJ/Lighting Jockey at Highwire nightclub in Harlow, Essex. Once I was 18 I started going to Highwire to see what it was all about and that’s when I discovered Nightclubs for the first time.
I first started Dj’ing at home in my bedroom playing House Music just as a hobby but soon new that I wanted to play in the clubs across the country. That didn’t happen for a very long time as I past my driving test, got myself a car and discovered a new way of life.
I still went clubbing a lot but my focus was not the music anymore it was girls!!!
Once I had gotten over that faze in my life I started focusing back on my music and Dj’ing, visiting various different nightclubs in and around Essex and London meeting new people and other DJ’s.
My DJ career has not gone as well as I would have liked it to but I have played at Various Locations around the country and music is still a big part of my life.
Currently I play a lot at home creating mixes and Live streaming online. I own a Pioneer XDJ-RX and use Rekordbox.
