DJ EddyBeatz

My Name is Edson Lwiza, from Mwanza city in Tanzania. I was raised in a family that wouldn't go a day without music, so that's when my passion for music began; when I was a teenager, I loved listening to different DJs around the world, one day when I was in my uncle's friends' car, I heard Dj Simple Simon's mixtape, I was mesmerized then I made it my mission to search for all his mixtapes.
I developed my skills through Virtual Dj software and recorded a few mixtapes which I uploaded on a music website and shared with my close friends. I began deejaying at different parties like birthdays, house parties then I met someone who connected me to the owner of Cask Bar & grill, where I started working as an official Dj. From that point, people started recognizing my talent and I began receiving gigs for corporate events, weddings and other public events.
Through my passion, I was able to become independent, support my family members and purchased my first Dj equipment like Dj controller, headphones and laptop, later on I bought my p.a system so that when I have a gig I can be well equipped
Currently I still deejay at occasions, radio, gigs, advert producer, events organizer and also do Audio Installation in different places like lounges, bars, hotels, etc
In my free time I make mixtapes that are played at different places and upload on different online platforms.
I plan to expand my p.a system and own a radio station soon.
