DJ Parshh

Prashant Gautam was born in Kathmandu, Nepal on july 1st. He completed school life in New Delhi India. Since his early childhood he was already interested in music, and he actively participated in drama and music classes throughout school, until, at the tender age of 15, he took the plunge into the world of professional DJing. At the start of his career, Parshh regularly played at Royale Mirage in New Delhi with mentors DJ Sonik & DJ Mohit, which is where he found his true passion for Tech House Music whilst also still respecting, and experimenting with, further genres of dance music which so far, have included anything from Bollywood and Hiphop to trance and old Retro songs. Taking the definition of DJ one step further, to Parshh, the acronym stands for ‘Divine Jockey’, on which he comments: “a true DJ will always take his music one step further to divinely move crowds across the globe.” Having worked at some of the famous bar lounges in India, Parshh’s track record most definitely defies his age, proving that anything is possible with dedication, love and passion. Using his funky beats to move thousands of people at a time, at live shows as well as through the highly reputable French online radio, House Nation Radio – of which Parssh is a resident DJ - he is a true artist with an unique style that’s sure to move tens of thousands of individuals straight from their seat onto the dance floor with one identical mission: to dance the night away.
