Nightshift Recordings Part 2

Label Showcase: Nightshift Recordings - Part Two (2003-2004) Nightshift Recordings was a sub-label of Tango Recordings, created by Hipp-e and Tony Hewitt. They released 39 records between the years 2001 and 2007. A couple years into its run, Nighshift seemed to be working on a more upbeat side to its original deep tones. The tribal percussion was still evident in many of the tracks, but elements of jazz and funk were getting peppered into the mix.
