R.E.M. are just about my favourite band in the world ever. But I don’t often get to play many of their big records, let alone their lesser known but still amazing tunes.
So I’ll be gonna be laying that to rest this Friday night with a radio show playing nothing but R.E.M. songs from their early years right up to their last release in 2011.
Running order:
8-9pm: Rapid...a journey back to the beginning.
9-10pm: Eye...know that one! The sleeper hits.
10-12am: Movement...to the anthems.
