Meet Franz “The Hybrid” One (born Franz Ramon Ates), affectionately called by his family and friends as "Sincere". He was born in Tyler, TX, December 8, 1962.
He is The Executive for global independent label Metal 2 Music Records/Lust Cov3nant/SMG, based in Arlington, TX and the Director of Operations for Erecnis Entertainment Enterprise. () ().
Franz is first, a God fearing husband, father, and grandfather, who gives all praise and glory to his Heavenly Father, for the wondrous works He has done in his life. He is an innovative producer/musician/songwriter (with masterful engineering skills), a host, international voice-over artist, video game character, a Nerve DJ, and an MTV.com artist. He is the owner of Ates Advertising Agency ( ), Hybrid Fashions online jewelry store () and the Co-Owner of Shoez~N~Motion, online women’s shoe boutique. ()
He dominates in marketing, promotions, and global distribution. His diversity with music genres creates a repertoire of creative works in all avenues of the music industry. His music has been featured in Converse, Mt. Dew, and Coors Light ads. A sound like no other, his music is a hybrid fusion of R&B, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Alternative, Pop, Country, Erotica…all rolled into one. Franz has composed jingles for brands like Dallas-Ft.Worth’s K104, Tom Joyner, and The Texas Rangers. He has had the opportunity to produce for, manage, and work with artists of varied musical backgrounds, signed and independent, both in the United States and internationally. His business and executive experience defines the creative venue of “independent world music.”
Every Tuesday/Thursday, you can find him presenting AllThingzFranz.com Radio, globally broadcasted from 7-9 PM CST, Saturday/Sunday he presents All Thingz Hybrid Radio from 7-9PM CST powered by Real Independent Media Group, LLC based out of Brooklyn, NY. In addition, Franz is also a producer & Co-Host on the Blog Talk Radio Show, Independent Everything (), which airs every Sunday and Wednesday at 5:30pmCST.
